Holiday at Gambang Waterpark

::Gambang Waterpark::

During semester break, we had such a wonderful travel experience to Kuantan. It took 5 hour to complete our journey to Gambang Waterpark from Terengganu. This place is surrounded by a jungle and nice to have some fun with family.

Coco Beach

Wave Pool (The Largest in Malaysia)
Who’d believe that you’d be able to surf in the middle of a jungle? Not on treetops like Tarzan but actual rolling water swells right here at Malaysia’s biggest wave pool, Coco Beach Wave Pool. It’s just like a real beach, only better.

Penguin Island

Kids Slide

When it comes to having a blast, kids are always raring for more. But little legs get tired quickly on adult-sized water rides so we’ve created this just for them. Small in size but big on fun, the specially constructed Kids Slide is just the thing for energetic children.

Tree Top Hill Slide

6 Lane Racer (The longest in Malaysia)
Climb up multiple flights of stairs to reach the top where you’ll get ready in your individual racer slide. The gates open and down you go, sliding past your friends towards the bottom at blinding speeds. Not satisfied? Do it again.
Corporate Function Area

Corporate area

The Bukit Gambang Water Park also provides corporate function areas for business people to conduct their meetings. Spacious, well-equipped and operated by a dedicated team of professionals, it’s a meeting place that combines business with pleasure.

Swimming Pools

:: The 10 Most Awesome Pools In the World ::

It's not even June and my gonads are already melting. And since I can't be by the sea—working on a escape plan now—I wish I could be working by any of these amazing pools.

1. Shaw House, Vancouver

Shaw House is a private 285-square-meter residence for a single person, with a bedroom, study, music room, and a lap pool located on the roof, along the west side of the house. In fact, the pool acts as the ceiling, filtering the sun light into the central area of the house. I want to live here. Photo by Patkau Architects.

2. Ubud Hanging Gardens Resort, Bali

These are the Ubud Hanging Gardens, a luxury resort set in the middle of a land of volcanoes, forests, and rice terraces, in the heart of Bali. The resort and its hanging pool are perched on a gorge, gazing out at a temple on the opposite cliff.

3. Tangga House, Singapore

F

The Tangga House is built around a central courtyard, with the borderless pool surrounding two sides of the house and a garden growing on its roof. I don't know how expensive this is to maintain, but I wish I had the money to pay for it.

4. Nemo 33, Belgium

This is the deepest pool in the world, the Nemo 33. It goes all the way down to 115 feet at the bottom of its central water hole. It's used for scuba diving courses. I want to use it for an afternoon splash. Photo by Eric Burgers

5. Marina Bay Sands Skypark, Singapore

This infinity pool is located 55 stories up the Marina Bay Sands Skypark, right on the top of this insane hotel that cost $6 billion to build. Photo by Daryl Chia.

6. Joule Hotel, Dallas

This used to be the Dallas National Bank Building, in Dallas, Texas, until someone bought it and turned it into the Joule Hotel. The people who did the conversion thought it would be cool to extrude a pool out of one of its balconies. I agree. Photo by Diorama Sky.

7. Main Pool at Seagaia Ocean Dome, Japan

Located in Miyazaki, Japan, the Seagaia Ocean Dome measures 984 feet (300 meters) by 328 feet (100 meters). The dome has the largest retractable roof in the world, which also provides a simulated blue sky even when it's raining cats and dogs outside. Photo by Max Smith.

8. 232 West 15th Street, New York

Here's an 18 feet pool that is 8 feet deep. It has a bar, fountains, and big chairs. Nothing extraordinary until you find out it's inside a historic townhouse on the border between Chelsea and the Meatpacking District, in Manhattan. In fact, the full-size swimming pool takes over the entire living room. Check out the videos here. The whole house is beautiful, in a crazy kind of way.

9. Aquarium Pool at the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas

I would rather be diving than in Las Vegas, but if I had to go there, I would spend some time at the aquarium pool at the Golden Nugget hotel, in which you can swim side by side with fish and sharks. Photo by LinksmanJD.

10. San Alfonso del Mar Seawater Pool, Chile

This is the largest pool in the world, full of seawater. It's a monstrosity, and it's amazing that they ever completed it. It's 3,323 feet long—that's more than a kilometer! It covers 20 acres and, at its deepest point, it goes down 11.5 feet (3.5 meters). At this point, why don't you just get your ass into the sea? JJJ

Keropok Lekor

The most popular traditional snacks ( Keropok Lekor )

One of the popular traditional snacks in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia is keropok lekor. Keropok lekor or sausage-like snack has long existed in Malaysia and can be found everywhere in Malaysia primarily in Terengganu. It is the famous traditional snack in Terengganu and also Kelantan. Keropok lekor does not have any history. It symbolizes Malay culture as the major resident in Terengganu and Kelantan are Malay. It has become a must-buy delicacy for the tourist, especially for Malay ethnic. It has been sold in commercial retail shops as well as on the street. Consumers usually can purchase keropok lekor from local hawker stalls and night markets. Losong is one of the famous places to buy keropok lekor. There is frozen keropok lekor sold in the market too.

The basic ingredients used to produce keropok lekor are fish, sago flour, salt and icy cold water. Ground fish is mixed with sago flour and salt as flavoring ingredients. Fish used to make the keropok usually are ikan selayang, ikan parang, ikan kembong and ikan kerisi. To make keropok lekor, first clean the fish thoroughly. Then scrape off the meat and mince the meat finely. Add salt, sago flour and icy cold water to mix into the dough. Icy cold water is mixed little by little until the dough becomes soft. Roll the dough into cylindrical shape like sausage. Traditionally, keropok lekor is precooked by boiling in water for a few minutes. The cooked dough will be then be cut into smaller tube-shaped for deep frying. Another option to take keropok lekor is by steaming.

There are two ways to eat keropok lekor, which are deep fried or steamed. Fried keropok lekor is fried until crispy gold while steamed keropok lekor gives a fishier flavor. Keropok lekor is nice to be eaten hot dipped with chili sauce. Another kind of keropok is keropok keping. They are the thinner version of keropok lekor. They are made up or larger tube-shaped keropok being sliced into very thin slices and taken as crackers.

Keropok lekor is tasty and crunchy. It can be chewy too. It has slightly fishy taste and best eaten while hot. It is a very popular snack and should be introduced to other states in Malaysia and even oversea to increase its popularity to become a good symbol of Malay culture.
That all, Thank You J J J

Workplace

:: Motivation In The Workplace ::

So how important is it to create motivation in the workplace? Well, if you care about your bottom line, then it’s very important. The fact is that when people are motivated, they will do more. When they are unmotivated, they will be less productive. So what causes some employees to be motivated to do their work than others? This article will give you some tips to help you increase employee motivation and in turn increase workplace productivity.

The first thing you will have to realize is that most people don’t like their jobs. It’s just the reality. The best thing to do is to hire the right people for the right job. It’s not about hiring the most capable person for the job though, at least not always. It’s about hiring the person who will love the job. People will tend to be more motivated to do their work when they love what they do, or at the very least don’t hate what they do. Since it’s hard to gauge whether someone will love their job during an interview since everyone puts on their best face, most of the time you will have to take a different approach.

The first thing you will want to do to increase employee motivation is to find out if it’s an environment thing or just an individual thing. If it’s an environment thing then you can do different things to make the workplace a bit more fun. If you don’t think people can have fun and be productive at the same time, you may want to take a look at Google.

If it’s an individual thing then you will need to find out what motivates them and use that knowledge to get them to be more enthusiastic about work. Different people are motivated differently. For some people, all you need to do is pay them more money. For others, money won’t do a thing, but recognition will. Still for others, it’s all about feeling appreciated for what they do. The lack of motivation can be a combination of many different things. It could be both the environment, people having the wrong jobs, and not getting what they want out of a career.

So as an employer, it’s a tough situation to have to deal with. One thing you can do is to have a talk with the employees that aren’t very motivated with their work and find out what it will take to get them going again. There are companies that can help you set up a program that will deal with this problem.

Now if you are an employee who has a lack of motivation at your job, then one thing you can do is figure out whether or not you should keep working there. Life really is too short to waste your life doing something you don’t like. If it’s something that is just temporary that will help you get to where you really want to go, then stick with it. Otherwise, you may want to think about what is truly important in your life.
If you are a sales manager, then the importance of motivation is especially important. What you can do is to feed your sales team with constant inspiration. Some people are self motivated but don’t slack off in trying to give your team pep talks. If anything, it will be a refreshing message after having to constantly taking rejections from customers all day.

So find out what motivates your employees and give them what they need. Giving them a sense of purpose for doing what they do will go a long way. If you are the employee, figure out what it is you want in life and focus on that. Every time you increase your productivity, you are getting closer to your goals.
